Cloud responsibilities
InteliFix Cloud is intended to use HTTPS, authenticated access, maintained application updates, managed backups and controlled infrastructure. Exact service commitments will be documented in the approved Cloud terms.
Access and passwords
The application supports authenticated access and staff permissions. Passwords should be handled through established secure hashing and reset practices, never stored as readable text.
Server responsibilities
Server customers are responsible for the security, monitoring, HTTPS, operating system, PHP environment, database and backups of their own infrastructure.
