FAQ

Common questions about InteliFix

Straight answers about the product, deployment choices and commercial model.

What is InteliFix?+

An all-in-one repair-business management platform for customers, devices, repair jobs, workshop activity and commercial documents.

Who is InteliFix designed for?+

Computer, laptop, mobile, electronics and console repair businesses, IT-support workshops and independent technicians.

Do I need to install anything?+

Not for InteliFix Cloud. Server customers deploy the protected application on a compatible managed environment.

What is InteliFix Cloud?+

A dedicated online workspace hosted, updated and backed up by InteliFix.

What is InteliFix Server?+

A commercially licensed self-hosted edition for organisations with a defined infrastructure requirement.

Can I access InteliFix remotely?+

Cloud is designed for secure online access. Server access depends on the customer-managed environment.

Can multiple staff use InteliFix?+

Yes. Multi-user capacity and plan limits will be confirmed in final pricing.

Do I receive source code with Server?+

No. InteliFix Server is supplied as commercially protected licensed software.

How are backups handled?+

Cloud backups are managed by InteliFix. Server customers are responsible for their own backup system.

Can I import existing customers?+

Import scope will be assessed during onboarding; no unsupported migration promise is made on this development site.

What is InteliFix Loyalty Pricing?+

A proposed programme in development: monthly Cloud rates reduce at continuous-subscription milestones. The pricing page shows starting rates and proposed future rates separately. Automatic reductions are not active yet.

Would cancellation remove my Loyalty Rate immediately?+

Under the proposed policy, no. Your rate and continuity remain until paid access expires. Resuming before expiry preserves continuity; returning after voluntary expiry normally starts at the then-current standard rate.

Would a failed payment reset loyalty?+

A temporary failed payment would follow the normal retry and grace process. Continuity would only end when the subscription genuinely terminates under the final policy.

Would annual plans, Server or add-ons get loyalty discounts?+

Not in this preview. Annual plans keep their separately configured prices. Server and add-ons, including Website Bookings at GBP99 one-off, are excluded.
